When will my pre-order ship? (Orders placed between April 17th-May 15th 2020)
Hello everyone, thanks for helping us have a successful pre-sale. The pre-sale has ended and all items have returned to regular pricing. All orders placed from April 17th-May15th fell under our pre-sale and will therefore start shipping out on Monday May 18th.
Please allow 5-10 business days for your pre-order to ship (starting on May 18th; this excludes weekend or holidays). You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. You can click on this tracking number to get details about expected arrival date etc.
Note: Due to Corona Virus shutdown and unavailability of some supplies such as the Gold Dropper tops, some packaging will look different but the content and quality of the ingredients remain the same.
Orders placed after the May 15th: Please allow 5-10 Business Days from the date you placed your order for it to ship out excluding weekends and holidays.
Why does my order keep being rejected with an error code about incorrect zip code?

When will my order ship? (Orders not placed during a pre-sale/pre-order)
Due to the Corona Virus shut down orders are taking longer to ship and arrive to their destinations. Orders are processed and shipped within 5-10 business days excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order ships it normally takes 1 to 3 business days to arrive to its destination but this time may be extended due to the Corona Virus.
If you order during a pre-sale/pre-order then the shipping timeframe does not start until after the final day of the pre-sale. For example if the pre-sale ends on May 15th then your items would ship 5-7 business days after May 15th
Why does my packaging look different than what’s on the website?
Note: Due to Corona Virus shutdown and unavailability of some supplies such as the Gold Dropper tops and labels, some packaging will look different but the content and quality of the ingredients remain the same. Please note that purchasing from us is your consent to receive different packaging when standard packaging is not available and no refund will be given because you don’t like a change in the packaging. How can i track my order?
A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships. You can plug that number into the appropriate carrier’s website to see where your package is currently and when it is expected to arrive. We ship via both USPS and UPS.
What is your refund policy?
No Refunds unless order arrives damaged, goes missing while in the possession of the mail carrier before it’s delivered or is incorrect. If you receive an incorrect item we will reimburse you the postage spent to ship it back and then we will ship out the correct item once the incorrect one has been received by us. If you simply want a refund for an incorrect item you will still need to ship it back to us and we will provide a refund once it’s received. If an item is damaged you must provide satisfactory proof via pictures to receive a refund.
We do not provide refunds for any reason outside of the 3 mentioned above. Please be sure you want the item BEFORE purchasing. We won’t refund simply because you didn’t feel the item worked well or fast enough, or you didn’t like the scent/smell or because you simply changed your mind about wanting it etc. No refunds will be done once you receive the correct order as we can’t restock or resell any product after it has been shipped for health concerns i.e the Corona Virus.
Can i exchange a product?
An exchange will only be allowed if you received the wrong product and wish to switch it out for the correct one on your order list. Our Hair Growth Serums are 100% natural. We had picked each ingredient to insure that it is safe and has not been linked to any serious health issues such as cancer, fertility issues, respiratory issues etc..
